VetConnect is cloud-based veterinary practice management software delivered over the internet. No hardware, CDs, printed material or physical goods are shipped for any plan (Starter, Pro, Prime, Enterprise).
As soon as your payment is successful (via Cashfree Payments for Indian customers, or card checkout for international customers), your subscription is activated and the full platform is available immediately online — typically within seconds. You can log in from any modern browser on desktop or mobile, and install the app to your home screen (PWA) for one-tap access.
After payment you see an on-screen confirmation, and the plan status is reflected in your Account & Clinic Settings. If payment succeeds but access does not activate within a few minutes, contact care@zoazoneservices.com and we will restore access right away.
Because the service is delivered digitally, there are no shipping, handling or delivery fees of any kind. You pay only the subscription price shown on the Pricing page (plus applicable GST for Indian customers).
Some clinics use VetConnect's pharmacy and pet-store modules to sell or dispense items to their own clients. Any physical delivery of medicines, food or accessories in those cases is arranged and fulfilled entirely by the clinic — Zoa Zone Services is not a seller, shipper or party to those transactions.
